Terms of Service

Last updated: March 20, 2026

By accessing or using LiveTube ("the Service"), operated by LiveTube AI ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

LiveTube is a live event aggregation platform. We discover live streams from platforms such as YouTube, Kick, Twitch, and Dailymotion, cluster them into real-world events using AI, and present them with trust rankings, summaries, and multi-view capabilities. We aggregate and link to content — we do not host video content ourselves.

2. User Accounts

Account creation is optional. You may browse LiveTube without an account. If you choose to register, you may do so with an email address or through Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

All live streams displayed on LiveTube are sourced from third-party platforms. We embed and link to these streams but do not host, store, or redistribute the underlying video content. All stream content remains the property of the original creators and platforms.

AI-generated summaries, event titles, and trust scores are produced by LiveTube and are provided for informational purposes only.

4. Boost Credits

Boost credits allow users to promote events for increased visibility on the platform. Credits are purchased through Stripe and are non-refundable. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to other accounts. We reserve the right to modify Boost pricing and mechanics at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without our written consent
  • Abuse the Boost system to promote misleading or harmful content
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Circumvent rate limits or access controls on the API

6. API Usage

Access to the LiveTube API is subject to rate limits and may require authentication. Commercial use of the API requires a separate agreement. We reserve the right to revoke API access for violations of these Terms or excessive usage.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated summaries, trust scores, or event classifications. LiveTube is an aggregation tool and should not be relied upon as the sole source of information for critical decisions.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party streams or the availability of external platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveTube AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
